The water filter's location in my new Samsung refrigerator is at the front near the vegetable bins making it very accessible. The replacement water filter was very easy to install with simple instructions. And, I did not have to turn the water off... it only took a couple of minutes!

Had purchased a new Samsung refrigerator this summer, and the filter change light had just recently come on. I did some on-line research and found prices for a name-brand water filter fairly competitive with Best Buy's prices - plus I had the convenience of getting it immediately rather than wait for mail delivery. Was easy to install and works great!

Purchased a Samsung fridge 6 months ago and finally got the notification to change filter. Although it is a little pricey, it is very easy to install, lasts about 6 months, and really does make the water taste better. I can tell a big difference when drinking normal tap water compared to the Samsung filtered water.

Great product. Nice to have on an auto ship so I do t have to remember it’s time to change the filter too.

I'm so glad they have these available on "Easy Replenish" so I don't have to track them down or buy an off-brand. Not much to say about the filter - easy to install and the water tastes great, so I guess it's doing its job. The refrigerator lets me know when it is time to replace.

Fit and installed with no problem. You need to run about 6-8 glasses of water through it to purge the air. Be prepared for it to splash a little as the air gushes out of the water dispenser. If water dispenser leaks after installation be sure to check if you tightened the filter all the way and then run another 6-8 glasses of water through it.

We signed up to receive a new filter every few months with Best Buy. It always seems to show up just when we need it. Normally our water that we drink from the refrigerator spigot tastes horrible. But, this filter really makes a difference and the water taste great.

The first one I bought was cracked, boy did it make a mess. I called the repair man, he told me it was cracked. BB replaced it. The exchange process took longer than I had expected, but when I put the unbroken one in, it worked very well. Easy to change if yours isn’t cracked. Look carefully before purchase

I already have a filter on my line that is for my tankless water heater so the one on my fridge does not do much. It is a little inconvenient to have to change it every 6 months since I live alone and the water dispenser is never used and I don't use much ice.

First time changing filter on my Samsung refrigerator. I was debating on cheaper brand filter or the Samsung filter. Glad I went with the Samsung. It comes with authenticity sticker so you know you are getting the quality. Very easy to install. Worth the money.

I have bought this water filter several times. Normally it works as advertised. But this last time that I bought it I installed it just like i have done in the past. Really simple, take off the white cap, twist it and lock it in place. But this time I noticed the water pressure is really weak when I pour a cup of water from my fridge. I have no idea why this happened. If anyone can help me out I would love really appreciate it. Thanks

This filter is very easy to install. I highly this filter. I'm not sure if it works with other brands of refrigerators. I'm not even sure if it works with every Samsung refrigerator. Buy it has worked very well for the one I have. I do wish it would last a little longer. We mostly use it for ice, not so much for water.

Im happy that best buy carries OEM filters for my samsung refrigerator. Ive used after market filters and they dont seem to last as long.

Works perfectly for our refrigerator. My wife thoroughly uses it in regards to making ice.
