Hooked it up to our house. Water lines were all secure and tight. The unit had a leak internally and ruined our cabinet, floor talk to customer service they said “oh yeah, that can happen“.

Makes perfect 200 degree hot on demand RO water. Has cold water option. Can add additional filter to add minerals back into system. Is sleek and only mske slight him sound when recycling water. I use thos yhing every day for a full kettle of tea.
