Perfect tool for dental care

I feel like the toothbrush heads last longer on the Sonicare toothbrush’s. The water pick is nice though

She loved it however it completely stopped working after 2 months. I took it back to Best Buy and unfortunately I didn't purchase the warranty. I was pretty upset considering I purchase all of my appliances, phones and electronics from Best Buy and felt an exchange should've been an option. I wrote to waterpik however I never received a response.

Poor design

Many children will not handle the separation. Others will have to exert considerable effort. The top square button is in a bad location causing the vibrating unit be be turned off resulting in the brush stroke timer being reset.

When removing the brush head, you can try soaking the seam between the brush head and stem in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Big machine

The ultrasonic toothbrush is nice but stops easily if you press too hard while brushing. The water pick takes some getting used to as it fills up your mouth with water quickly. Theres a pressure adjustment but it needs a flow volume adjustment as well.

hard to clean
