We each use our own heads. I love that it comes with a portable case for the toothbrush portion. I'm not entirely sure what the different is between whiten and clean mode. Massage is fornthengums I'm pretty sure. There is nothing in the instructions about it. Gonna try the different tools eventually. All in all...we enjoy it.

Very easy set up and use

My mouth feels refreshed after each brush/floss....but 10x greater. The only drawback would be that the water seems to drain a lot quicker than expected. Maybe a larger reservoir for future models???
