This convenience of a waterpik/ toothbrush combo was appealing when I purchased this on Black Friday. After attempting to use this, the toothbrush was great but the waterpik was very difficult. The water cord was very tightly coiled and not long enough resulting in water all over counters and myself. The unit was larger than expected and wouldn’t fit on my vanity so I had to bring it out for every use. I returned this unit and purchased the cordless model. Much easier to use

Works really well, better than flossing. Easier too!

Saves counter space rather than separate electric toothbrush + water pic. However the water container doesn’t hold as much water as my older model did and the variety of tips is confusing.

I have enjoyed the water pik. A bit noisy as well. Also, wish the toothbrush head was a bit bigger.

Although is a high quality product, the replacements are extremely expensive, if I have known about that I wouldn't have bought this product, I've had other high quality brands and the prices of the replacements are not as expensive, It's not worth it.

I like that it includes both toothbrush and water flosser. I like the optional settings on the toothbrush which include massage.

I wear braces but also have a bridge and crowns and the WaterPik is able to clean all of my dental work. It’s a must have.

I got this because I recently got braces. It works like a charm. My teeth feel so clean, ridiculously clean. I love it!

I bought this because it had the water pick with it but the toothbrush itself is just ok. I feel like the toothbrush heads last longer on the Sonicare toothbrush’s. The water pick is nice though

I purchased this as a xmas gift for my daughter after reading good reviews. She loved it however it completely stopped working after 2 months. I took it back to Best Buy and unfortunately I didn't purchase the warranty. I was pretty upset considering I purchase all of my appliances, phones and electronics from Best Buy and felt an exchange should've been an option. I wrote to waterpik however I never received a response.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday and she loves it! The water pick is strong and works great!

This is my second Waterpik Water Flosser 5.0. You cannot beat a two for one system. Works great.

The connection of the brush head to the hand wand is too tight. Many children will not handle the separation. Others will have to exert considerable effort. The top square button is in a bad location causing the vibrating unit be be turned off resulting in the brush stroke timer being reset.
