1st Purchase Died; Warranty Replacement Also Died

Unfortunately it did within a year....about 8 months. The good news: I was able to call on the warranty to get a replacement. The bad: the replacement died the same way within 6 months. Unfortunatly, the warranty period goes off the date of the first purchase, so I am out of luck. My recommendation would be to stear clear of any rechargeble Waterpik product.

A good product

But it’s awkward to pull apart and put back together every time use it and empty it. It’s good to have a big reservoir but only if you leave water in it. The top caves in and it ends up going into my water. It’s too big as well. I would Have returned it but needed one.
