This is my first water flosser and I'm still learning but I've been very impressed with this little thing. The compact size makes it ideal for those with small bathrooms or not alot of space on their counters due to other things. It also is able to be used wirelessly once it's charged. The handle is magnetic and the hose is made to snap back into place when you connect the magnetic handle to the base. So there are no hoses and cords hanging around. There are 10 settings for pressure. The waterpik comes with quite a few attachments, I think the only one I wanted that wasn't included is the tongue cleaner. Also the ion doesn't come with any type of case, which would be nice for travel. Still with its compact size it shouldn't take up much space in a suitcase. Very cool. As I said this is my first waterpik flosser so I wasn't sure how how well it would work. I have a crown in the back of my mouth that food gets caught in and I floss daily. The first few times I used the waterpik I went back in with my floss to see if there was anything left behind. Nothing, nada. Clean as a whistle. I'm very impressed. My only issue is learning to keep my mouth closed while using it so that water doesn't spray everywhere. Other than that I love this device and for the price seems like a great buy!

works well and wireless is really a good feature to have

I have been using ION Water Flosser during 5 days. This device is excellent for tooth cleaning. But water pump is very loud and works with interrupting. I don't think it is normal. Could anybody advise me, is that manufacturer defect? Unfortunately, there is no possibility to attach a video which I recorded.

Works pretty well but I wish it had a little bit stronger spray.

Received the Waterpik ION Water Flosser. What I like about the Flosser is that you are able to charge the device and not have to worry about having to plug the flosser into an outlet. When first using the flosser, it is important to keep the level at the lowest until you figure out which level works best for you. The ability to adjust the pressure with 10 different settings is nice. As I used the Flosser was impressed at how the water did not run out fast. The Waterpik ION Water Flosser came with 6 different flossing tips. This is helpful because you have the option of selecting the flossing tip that works best for your particular need. Sometimes my gums are sensitive, this did not bother my gums. Lastly, I do have a small bathroom and because the flosser is compact in size, it can easily fit on my countertop and or under the sink in my cabinet area. Glad that items like this exist. Broke in 60 days. I reached Waterpik but they told me they wouldn't help me.

Having never used a water flosser before, I wasn't sure what to expect. The manual that comes with it is wonderful, explaining the different tips and what they are used for as well as explaining how to use each tip properly. The six different tips range from a general one to ones to use with dentures or implants and also for those with braces. The tips come in a resealable bag so the ones you don't use can stay together and you won't have stray tips littering the bottom of your bathroom drawer. It is compact so it is good for smaller vanities, such as mine, so I won't need to take it in and out of the cabinet each day. So far it is holding its charge well and it is charged through a USB cable. The handle of the flosser itself is magnetized so it goes right back in place when I'm finished with it. The reservoir holds enough water for the minute to minute and a half that I use it each time. My mouth really feels clean after using this and hopefully will have positive feedback from my dentist at my next appointment.

They stop working after a 1-4 weeks. They charge, but wont turn on. I tried three different unit all had the exact same issue.

The product stopped worked great at first but died in less than 2 weeks.

It has been a while since I used a Waterpik. I probably had one about 20 years ago. I have to say that the Waterpik - ION Water Flosser is nothing like I remember. This is a great product. It left my teeth feeling clean and fresh. Set up is easy. Out of the box, everything is very intuitive. The big thing is this Waterpik is made to be portable. This works great for my house. My wife’s sink and my sink are separated. So, we can easily move the unit from one sink to the other with no issues. The unit itself doesn’t have to be plugged to the wall all the time. It is rechargeable. The cord plugs into the side of the unit. It disconnects easily to allow you to move the Waterpik to wherever you need it. I kind would have liked the port connecting the power cord to the unit to fit a bit snugger, but it works all the same. And the battery life lasts up to four weeks on a single charge, so I don’t have to keep it connected that much anyway. Of course, the biggest reason to get the Waterpik though is how well it works. This system works great. There are several different end attachments that come with this unit. So, whatever the job you need to do to get your teeth clean, you can do it. I will say though, you will have to spend some time finding the right power level to use. The full power level kind of felt like I was power washing my teeth. This means it can be a little messy too. I had water droplets bounce off my teeth and go on the mirror which can be an annoyance. You will really have to dial in the right setting you want. Also, for people with sensitive teeth, the higher settings may hurt a little bit. Once the setting is dialed in though, this machine does a fabulous job getting your teeth clean. When compared to physical flossing, I find little difference. In fact, the Waterpik seems to do as good of a job and may be a bit more comfortable than dental floss. Plus, the reservoir holds over a half-quart of water so you can get multiple uses out of a single refill. In the end, I prefer to use the Waterpik – ION Water Flosser. It feels better than flossing with string floss and my teeth feel cleaner. This is not like the old Waterpiks, that is for sure. It also works great for bathrooms with split sinks or small areas. I highly recommend the Waterpik – ION Flosser for anyone wanting to get away from string floss but still have that clean feeling.

After years of use, this model replaced my older model. Sadly, it doesn't do the job my first Waterpik did.

Has Broken twice, first, the one I got then the one I got is a replacement on your warranty, broke as well

This Waterpik comes with six flossing tips and ten control settings. I found there is plenty of water pressure to clean the gum line and between teeth. There is even a tip curved to reach behind the teeth. I am very happy with the way it cleaned. For the first time I found settings above 8 a bit to hard. I like the magnetic charging cord. There is enough capacity for water to get thru 1 cleaning. The advertised battery capacity is 4 weeks. The only drawback is there is no storage available for the extra tips. I would recommend this waterpik to family and friends.

The unit is nice and compact and the cordless feature is great because sink area in my bathroom does not have an outlet. I would have to use an extension cord in order to use by the sink. The unit did not take too long to fully charge, it was ready to go after a couple of hours. After filling the unit up I turned it on and was surprised with how loud it was for a small size. But like all waterpik models it does the job well. I would say it is not as powerful as a corded flosser but it does a great job with cleaning. Overall, if you are looking for a flossser that you can take with you during traveling this would be a great choice. The only negative is the noise, which is why I gave it 3 stars. If its noisy I would I don't think a quiet water flosser can ever be madeL

Don't buy this product. It is poorly designed and broke th second week. I'm taking it back.
