Posted .Hi Carlos - The Ultra model comes with 6 flossing tips, but the tongue cleaner is not one of them. They are available for purchase separately. Just look for part number TC-100E. Our products are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for the space. Specifically, we design our products to have a sound level less than 70 dBA. Powerful machine

I wish the button on the pick handle was push for stream, instead of push to stop. Also you sometimes have to wiggle the tank to promote a steady stream. Neither is a deal breaker, but a little “user experience “ review would have made for a better product.

I love the ease of use and quickly ordered a new one when I broke the first. Since then I have learned another great advantage of this product -- you can buy replacement parts for home repair to avoid the expense of a new one!
