Rather compact in size which is good if you have limited space in your counter. But light plastic in design makes it feel flimsy and cable was too tightly wound that stretching it would pull the unit along with it. Water pressure was good but would have preferred a press button water release instead of a ON/OFF switch which meant water is squirted out all the time once it's ON and not when in demand. But it worked as intended which is good.

This Waterpik happens to be one of my favorite items when it comes to dental hygiene. This Waterpik work phenomenally. It has several different flossing heads that can be changed out. Some have brushes to help scrub some of the plaque off that is more concentrated, there are others that have longer bristles, some without any bristles at all (so all you get is the pulsating water) and there is one head that is designed to actually clean under the inside of the top layer of your gums. You can put mouth wash in the basin instead of/ or in addition to water. The only thing I know for sure, is that I have ALWAYS hated flossing. so I never did until I got this. Now its actually kind of fun and it works so well that my gingivitis has now begun to recede. HOWEVER, there is one MAJOR flaw and that is why I only gave it a 3/5 and that is the amount of noise that it produces when being used. There is a pump inside that is used to consistently pump a continuous and strong stream of water powerful enough to get plaque and debris off of your teeth. It is so loud, I can not use it when anyone is asleep because it wakes them all up because it has the sound of a jack hammer and I am not exaggerating when I say it's not quiet. On the box they say its the "quietest" model yet. If that really is the case, they still have some work to do in terms of allowing usage of this product at any time of the day or night. Overall, though, if you don't care about the noise, then this is the PERFECT product for you because it works better than actual dental floss and best of all is there is no bleeding like you get from actual dental floss.

This purchase was a replacement for another type of water flosser, I'm glad I purchased it. It is crazy how much stuff sticks below your gum-line - I love knowing that I'm getting as clean as possible each night before going to bed - It also helps on the dental bills - my recent dental visit my hygienist noticed that I had been "flossing" more than usual - I've always been worried about my dental care and this has helped me control as much of dental health as I possibly can.

Absolutely love this flossing machine. All the different picks helps me with my oral care. It’s very powerful, and blast away food from my mouth, no more bad breath days since purchasing. It is a bit loud, but I’ll take the trade off.

Been using this brand of water pick for 20 years. Purchased this one to replace the 10 year old system that started having problems. Water pressure was low then new one work fine. Hopefully it last as long.

Love it. Powerful and easy to use...takes less then 2 minutes and cleans better then floss. I hated flossing and it made my gums sore. My dentist noticed the difference after just 2 weeks of use when I went in for a cleaning.

I have braces, and food always gets stuck between my teeth. I used to use a inter-dental brush which was pretty harsh on my gums. With my new waterpik, I can now easily clean between my braces. This is a very high quality product with a lot of attention to detail. It's easy to use and has a convenient tray atop the reservoir that you can use to store the various tips it comes with. You can turn on/off the water from the switch on the handle and easily swap between the six different tips that are included. There are also 10 pressure settings, so you can get the pressure just right. Overall, this is a great product for anyone with braces.

I LOVE my water pick I got from Best Buy. This is the second one I bought works beautiful. My sister-in-law works for a dentist and she told me she told me that this is the best thing for your teeth so I started using a water pic for many years now God bless

I am swooning over this product. It is a high tech design without the hassle. I appreciate its options, compact design and super ease of operation. In short this product works as promised and I'm pleased because other such types have long failed me. In short I am happy!

This is a great product. It works how I think it should. I use it everyday and it clears a lot of gunk. Use it both with traditional flossing and bam. Your gums are clean. Doesn't take too much space but you need a bit of space for it. The settings from low to high is 1-10 and around 5, the pressure is good enough 7 is max for me as it hurts my gums then. But the pressure system works real well. I don't know how this product or any product could be better.

This is a solidly built water flosser. So much better than the Phillips that I had before. It's stronger and has more settings to adjust the water flow. It's also easy to clean and maintain.

I just bought this because I was curious and now I don't know if I can go back to regular flossing after this. This is a god send, it has multiple floss heads, adjustable water pressure. I love this thing, I always hated flossing because I have tight spaces between my teeth but this thing works perfectly and does a better job than normal flossing.

Love it so far, takes some getting used to but once you get the hang of it and get the right pressure setting for you it works great! Suprised at the low price!

I could not believe what an amazing deal I got on this product!!! I’ve been shopping for one for awhile & couldn’t be happier to finally own one! It’s so much nicer to use in place of traditional flossing & cleans much better! I love no longer having to worry about flossing too hard & making my gums bleed!

I've had this about a month. I got the best price here vs Amazon and others. My dentist recommended Ultra. I was thinking more about a travel product because of limited space. All those seemed to have various problems. I saw that this unit was small enough for my shelf. I like the unit because I feel it does the job. It is very loud as mentioned in other reviews. It has a large water reservoir.

To me this is more of a ‘teeth / mouth cleaner’ rather than an actual ‘flosser’. However, this DOES make my mouth feel much cleaner after using. I have always been interested in a product like this that would ‘feel’ more significant than just the standard roll of floss. The ‘water pressure’ is VERY powerful as I had to turn down from full power. Highly recommended!
