I've always had some problem or another with my teeth/gums so I decided to try this product because my flossing wasn't effective enough. After using consistently for a few weeks I can say my gums are a healthy pink and my mouth feels fresher longer on an average day. Also a visit to my dentist got me a "great hygiene" compliment from my dentist and hygienist!
Product is decent size so fits nicely in the corner of my counter. Drawback for those like me that don't like to see cords is if the outlet isn't where you want to place the product.

I've had a water pik for years but never really liked it. It was hard to take the tip out to clean and I really didn't like using it. This waterpik works really well. It's easy to use, and easy to release the tip and clean it each time I use it. It also coils up nicely back into the stand so it doesn't sprawl across the counter.
The only drawback I can see is that I have to push down on the tip before I use it to make sure it's seated, but that's easy, and for the ease of cleaning I'll take that tradeoff.

Works great! I always use it prior to brushing to get rid of food particles. My dentist thinks I am trying to put him out of business by using it. I haven't had a cavity for over 30 years, and have been using the waterpik for most of that time. I liked the earlier version which was quieter, but the Water Police (my words) told Waterpik (what they told me when I complained) they had to reduce the waterflow and that increased the noise. My wife mixes mouthwash with the water in the tank, and flosses with that; she likes it. I would give it five stars, but I have had to buy three during the last 20 years because the hand-held starts to leak.

Love this product so far. Very reasonable price and does a very good job on my teeth. It wasn’t on the shelf, but your store sales rep. Evan was VERY helpful ordering this product for me to the store for pickup. Thanks Evan.

I really like my new Waterpik - Ultra Water Flosser. It is easy to use and it does a great job cleaning my teeth and gums. This is my third Waterpik Water Flosser; and the Waterpik - Ultra Water Flosser is by far the best of the three!

I am happy with this product. It works very well.It is quiet. It has numerous power settings. But on top of everything, The product is warrantied for 3 years. My product is new so I do not know if this warranty is real.
I believed that BB gave me a good price,The buying process is perfect at BB, as usual

Well packaged, compact unit, works effectively and with very little mess. First time WaterPik user finding it very convenient to use and simple, with excellent instructions and adjustability. Cute little thing reminds me of the original Star WarsStorm trooopers' helmets every time I see it. Best Buy price was unbeatable and sales guy applied a 20% Appliance coupon on top of that. Very happy with purchase and the product itself.

Like the water pressure and variety of flossers available. Easy to use. Doesn't take up a lot of space on counter and easy to store. Teeth feel really cleaning and refreshing. Recommended by my dentist due to plaque build-up. Should have bought this sooner.
Highly recommend to others

This is a very good solid water flosser. It doesn’t take up too much space and is easy to use. The price is good, as well. The only downside (and this is minor) is the cover/tip holder. It just sits on top rather than being hinged. Also, mine came apart easily (not a big deal, you just have to snap it back together), All in all a very good purchase.

Rather compact in size which is good if you have limited space in your counter. But light plastic in design makes it feel flimsy and cable was too tightly wound that stretching it would pull the unit along with it. Water pressure was good but would have preferred a press button water release instead of a ON/OFF switch which meant water is squirted out all the time once it's ON and not when in demand. But it worked as intended which is good.

This Waterpik happens to be one of my favorite items when it comes to dental hygiene. This Waterpik work phenomenally. It has several different flossing heads that can be changed out. Some have brushes to help scrub some of the plaque off that is more concentrated, there are others that have longer bristles, some without any bristles at all (so all you get is the pulsating water) and there is one head that is designed to actually clean under the inside of the top layer of your gums. You can put mouth wash in the basin instead of/ or in addition to water. The only thing I know for sure, is that I have ALWAYS hated flossing. so I never did until I got this. Now its actually kind of fun and it works so well that my gingivitis has now begun to recede. HOWEVER, there is one MAJOR flaw and that is why I only gave it a 3/5 and that is the amount of noise that it produces when being used. There is a pump inside that is used to consistently pump a continuous and strong stream of water powerful enough to get plaque and debris off of your teeth. It is so loud, I can not use it when anyone is asleep because it wakes them all up because it has the sound of a jack hammer and I am not exaggerating when I say it's not quiet. On the box they say its the "quietest" model yet. If that really is the case, they still have some work to do in terms of allowing usage of this product at any time of the day or night. Overall, though, if you don't care about the noise, then this is the PERFECT product for you because it works better than actual dental floss and best of all is there is no bleeding like you get from actual dental floss.

This purchase was a replacement for another type of water flosser, I'm glad I purchased it. It is crazy how much stuff sticks below your gum-line - I love knowing that I'm getting as clean as possible each night before going to bed - It also helps on the dental bills - my recent dental visit my hygienist noticed that I had been "flossing" more than usual - I've always been worried about my dental care and this has helped me control as much of dental health as I possibly can.

Love it. Powerful and easy to use...takes less then 2 minutes and cleans better then floss. I hated flossing and it made my gums sore. My dentist noticed the difference after just 2 weeks of use when I went in for a cleaning.

I have braces, and food always gets stuck between my teeth. I used to use a inter-dental brush which was pretty harsh on my gums. With my new waterpik, I can now easily clean between my braces.
This is a very high quality product with a lot of attention to detail. It's easy to use and has a convenient tray atop the reservoir that you can use to store the various tips it comes with. You can turn on/off the water from the switch on the handle and easily swap between the six different tips that are included. There are also 10 pressure settings, so you can get the pressure just right. Overall, this is a great product for anyone with braces.

Absolutely love this flossing machine. All the different picks helps me with my oral care. It’s very powerful, and blast away food from my mouth, no more bad breath days since purchasing. It is a bit loud, but I’ll take the trade off.

One of these days I’ll learn if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it…or replace it. I had a 10-year old waterpik that had nothing wrong with it except it was a dingy white by now. I ordered this one cause it was on sale. My old one had a flip top that was so handy. On this one, the top became a case for the extra tips. Every time you lift the case, it tends to open and spill the contents. Very annoying and useless, since you don’t want to store wet tips in a closed case. This unit also takes longer to get started than my old one.

Pros
1. Easy to use
2. Pressure scale is enough for all possible needs
3. Good selection of different tips
Cons
1. It's loud - not really usable when other family members are already sleeping next to bathroom
2. Power cord and water hose could be longer for optimal placement

This is a great product. It works how I think it should. I use it everyday and it clears a lot of gunk. Use it both with traditional flossing and bam. Your gums are clean. Doesn't take too much space but you need a bit of space for it. The settings from low to high is 1-10 and around 5, the pressure is good enough 7 is max for me as it hurts my gums then. But the pressure system works real well. I don't know how this product or any product could be better.
