This was an underrated movie and it deserved better. It was amazing. The underwater scenes and the whole concept of a flooded world and how people dealt with it was good. I am glad it came out in the 4k version.

I liked the story and thought II was pretty cool to primarily be shot on water. Re-watchable in my opinion. Recommended

I have always loved this movie, It will always be one of my guilty pleasures. It looks beautiful in the new 4K restoration. If you are a fan, pick it up! It only includes the the theatrical version on the 4k.

The theatrical version is the only version in 2160p, and the included extended version is only 1080p even though it's on the UHD disc. To my eyes the Blu-ray has a slightly brighter image but the UHD has more detail. DTS:X sound is immersive.

Many will say that “Waterworld” was a complete bust and dead in the water...but was it? This marvelous and thrilling adventure continues to hold up and the Extended Cut from ARROW is just sensational!

Loved the movie as a kid and I still enjoy it today albeit with better picture quality due to HDR and 4K. I did notice that HDR and the 4K wasn’t the best at certain parts of the movie but overall this was still an enjoyable purchase.

Great movie. Love costner - glad this was remade in 4k

If you had the original blu ray release, this offers better color expression and slightly more refined detail. Plus it includes 3 versions of the film. Definitely worth the buy over the original!

Overlooked or bad mouthed a lot in its day. Fantastic movie and the 4k version looks great. You also get the 1080p version of the extended 40 minute longer cut. Great value.

This is the full directors cut. If your a fan of the movie this is for you. The directors cuts is vastly superior and this Bluray set has fantatsic extras and interviews. Buy this!

For such a divisive film, the studio spared no expense on this steelbook 4k/bluray. Quality is top notch. Movie is a so bad it's good guilty pleasure film with great actors.

The steelbook design is OK, 4k picture looks really clear. It's a fun adventure movie think mad max on water, it's a guilty pleasure with some fun action sequences.

The movie is more of a cult hit at this point. I've always had a soft spot for this film, especially for Dennis Hopper character. 4k transfer is excellent & also comes with a director cut of the film.

It's beautiful, the remaster job is great, I see colors I've never really noticed/appreciated before. If you have a real liking to this movie you should grab it.
