I purchased this Waykar dehumidifier after doing much research, to help us deal prevent mold and mildew in our apartment following a period with lots of extra rain where we live. The Waykar model came recommended for its compact size, noise level (supposedly quieter than others), and energy efficiency. Six weeks after arrival, it has been lived up to its billing and more! I've never owned a dehumidifier before and was afraid it would be potentially be loud, expensive, and hard to operate. I'm happy to report that it's not very loud (sort of a constant hum); our bill didn't go through the roof running it nightly; and it's super easy to operate (just three modes) and set to run automatically based on the humidity threshold you set. The water tank is fairly small, so you have to empty it every 8 or so when running, but to us, that was preferable to having a bulky unit that took up too much space. And it automatically shuts off when the tank is full, so as to not overfill. Very happy with this purchase. I'd definitely recommend, especially at its price point here (vs. other more expensive units)!

This Waykar unit is small for the space it can dehumidify, but mighty. We use it in our bedroom and it's really quiet, unlike some other brands we've owned over the past. It is simple to use and efficient. We live coastal and so the condensation is so much we are filling this dehumidifier up after a day or two. I highly recommend this dehumidifier. Very easy to use, as well.

I’m very happy with this dehumidifier overall. It pulls a surprising amount of moisture out of the air and made a noticeable difference. The water tank is easy to remove and empty, and the controls are simple and straightforward. The only reason I’m giving it 4.5 stars instead of 5 is the noise level. It’s just a bit louder than I expected — not unbearable, but noticeable if you’re sensitive to sound. That said, it’s perfectly fine for daytime use or in a basement. Overall, it’s efficient, reliable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I would definitely recommend it.

I always felt a dampness on the second floor and knew the humidity was high, but I eventually found out it was at 78% RH. With the intention of controlling the humidity, I purchased several different dehumidifiers through Amazon, but they were surprisingly noisy, so I returned them all. In the end, I placed a Waykar 30-Pint in the second-floor hallway and became satisfied with it. (I also purchased the Waykar 150 and 80-Pint models for my home). First of all, if you are sensitive to noise, please buy this product. Also, this product has a timer, so it is safe to leave it on when you go out. For your information, it does not have an App control feature. Of course, it is nice to be able to control them from outside the house via an App, but the problem is that there isn't much time to adjust them frequently (I often miss the timing). It is actually more convenient and better to just set the timer and go about your day. When the water tank is full, it automatically stops operating and a red light turns on, so you can tell right away. The dehumidifying function is also good. I recommend this product.

This little machine is quiet and does the job. I leave it overnight on comfort level and by the time I wake up, the tank is filled and it auto stops itself. Considering to buy another one with a bigger size capacity for my living room!

Cute compact dehumidifier that does the job. This is the perfect size for our 300 sq ft bedroom which gets really humid during the winter. Great price too!

Its pretty quiet, i gotta generally empty it either one a day an or once every 2 days depending on the humidity. Its made our room noticeably warmer so its doing an amazing job at keeping the moister down in the room.

I think this dehumidifier is a good size for a bedroom. It is quiet and easy to maintain. A good value.

An excellent product, easy to use, 100% recommended. Since I bought it, the humidity level in my daughter's room has decreased, and she sleeps much better.

Purchased this for my trailer in Washington this winter. Very cold and rainy in the Pacific West Coast. The trailer is 26 feet with a slide out. The 4 is due to reservoir capacity too small. Timer has to be reset each day.

My kids are happy with this, really clean up the air.

This dehumidifier is very noisy and the water collection tank is very small.
