It was on a good sale to 129$ and worth the buy for me for 4 tb black. No issue and I have not noticed any noise, though I use a Be Quiet 900 rev 2.

Can always trust a WD Drive

Geek Squad “POOF” magic

It was replaced with this Lion and they gave me a discount and even installed it. Now “POOF” I push on and it’s “ON”

Western Digital WD-Black 4TB Int. SATA Hard Drive

Pretty quiet, and the performance is very good. It's great for archives, photos, data files, video files, business programs, and even the non-SSD required games. The reliability is also great for WD-BLACK drives. I have a larger version of this drive, and I use the heck out of it, with zero issues.
