I included this HDD in my first pc build. I use it to store my photo and video archives. It is a fast drive, and lives up to its specs. I have found it to be very reliable. I was able to get it at a very good price. I am so impressed by it that I bought a second one, that I have put into an external drive housing. I use that as a backup drive. If you want a fast HDD, you can't do better than this one!

My PC shuts down suddenly when playing demanding games and noticed it only statted happeneing after I installed this HDD, i want to like it but worry that it will continue so i have to return it if that is the case. Already happened three times, twice while playing Ready or Not and surprisingly once while playing CS 2

I recently purchased the WD - BLACK 6TB Gaming Internal Hard Drive, not for gaming but to use in my NVR system for security cameras, and it has exceeded my expectations. Super fast and reliable affordable and efficient for the price

The drives have performed well so far. Setup as a strange solution within windows for data redundancy. Worth these two running I feel confident my data will remain safe (still do external backups). They are speedy and responsive and reliable.

Works great, very fast. I use it for offline backups. Really good price too.

Item is perfect used it for ps2 mod hold all 1400 games and reads and plays them perfectly

I have been using this 6TB drive on a CyberPowerPC Gaming computer for a few months now. The performance and speed are very good. No complaints. I would recommend it to anyone needing additional storage space, but looking for something more economical than an SSD.

Was a bit wary about buying another WD drive given their spotty reputation in the past vs. brands like IBM / Hitachi / HGST, but their Black drives seem to be more competitive these days so took a chance on them, and so far so good. Initially they seemed a bit loud when reading / writing vs. my Seagate Ironwolf drives, but seem to have quieted down since then.

Lots of storage, with quick access and response time. So far, so good.

I bought this and it turned out to be very noisy so I feared mechanical issues. I got it replaced and this one seems to be okay. However, still slower than my expectations (I do coding), so would go for an SSD the next time.

Love having all the additional space and Western Digital is a trusted brand. Use this in an external storage bay and the access time to play all my music files is great

It was a pain to set up my pc did not recognize it as an active drive after a few minutes of tweaking it worked perfectly.

It has a lot of space and also works very well and I would recommend.
