    The drive is nice but the Acronis drive cloning software can be a pain to use with an external enclosure. Only some enclosures work depending on the chipset. I found different software to get the job done but it added a couple hours of work to what should be a really simple and common issue.

    Bought the product for a computer they said they couldn’t repair and gave me store credit only for a $1100 computer then wouldn’t return this item with box unopened product not used. Never dealing with Best Buy again.
