Removed the Dell “optane” memory card and the nonworking spinning hard drive, installed this part and the computer works better and faster than ever. Might not work for everyone but it worked for me. My computer guy is an awesome diagnostician. Saved me hundreds over buying a new computer. And we got a super sale price from Best Buy on the solid state drive.

Great drive - great price!

Debated between this WD Black SN750 and the Crucial P5. Ultimately decided on the SN750 for the better temps and great performance that can rival Samsungs offerings. The WD application that you can download has some nifty features - “gaming mode” to keep the drive at peak performance while gaming. Haven’t used this feature… but nice to have gaming centric abilities on this drive.
