I would just tell you to spend the money to get some decent cloning software when you upgrade. I went from a 256 gb drive like this to this 1 tb drive. Because of how I cloned it I now have a 250 GB partition with the rest being another partition. Even the computer store couldn't figure out how to change it. So choose cloning software wisely!

Not bad for the speed and price

Worked out quite well and increased the speed tremendously. With the software, it looks like it has a gaming switch to assist with gaming abilities. It requires a reboot however with me just using it for a work laptop, I won't use that function.

Obviously you have to open up the computer and install the thing, but thankfully my brother is a computer-surgeon, so he took care of it for me!

Solid State HD - Less Space / Faster Load Times

When presented with the choice between a standard hard drive and a solid state hard drive, the choice became easy: faster load times, less space. Far smaller than a standard hard drive, the WD 1TB Internal Solid State Drive is the perfect upgrade for older hard drives or if you just want to take up less space in your tower.
