I bought this at a nice sale price to use as a second laptop drive for running Linux and it's working out fine. Linux SSD tools such as nvme-cli may not be 100 percent compatible with the Sandisk firmware but the good news is that temperatures can be monitored. Since WD has versions of their Black series NVMe drives with built-in heatsinks I was concerned about throttling and wear-and-tear without a heatsink. But a laptop with decent thermals seems to be adequate for regular computing. e.g, During big file dumps my SN750 never gets above 45C and quickly idles down to 25C. I'd buy this drive again.

Great purchase, bought for the speed at an affordable price. I use it for OS and to keep all programs running from this. SSD drives to hole other data.

have always used Samsung but this is just as fast! easy to install and set up with Linux. If one or the other is on sale WD or Samsung that would be my answer!

i use this for my game folder. as you can imagine it took no time at all for me to fill it up. m.2 nvme is awesome. highly recommend getting the largest capacity you can afford

Fast. Reliable. Just like it should be. I had to get the adapter for my mid-2014 MacBook Pro. No issues with sleep or hybernation though. Great product!

Great speed at a good price. Never had issues with western digital HDD’s and so far their NVME have been the same. 7 of these models in constant use and zero issues.

I put this in a laptop to replace a spinning disk. It functions incredibly well. It gets a little hot through the laptop though, but I doubt it can be mitigated.

got this on sale and used gift cerificates. easy install and setup if you know anythign bout computers reliable and plenty fast enough booting!

I use this in My Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop to store all My Steam games. Easy to install, and runs games fast.

If you need more gigabits, like I did I would recommend buying this SSD card, if you need the upgrade. Easy to use and gives you the extra space you'll need.

Installation goes easily if you are prepared. Do your homework, look for the best videos (lots of junk out there). Recognize what even the best videos gloss over and research those vague areas. Have a safe place to put all screws, neat workspace, good lighting. Get a caddy for copying over your old drive to the new one, so when you replace the old one you can use it in the caddy as an external SSD. Study how the copying process must be adapted to partitioning the old drive to its full available siz

Bought this NVMe stick to put in an external enclosure. Performance wise, it is quite good. It runs a bit warm if copying lots of files though.

It's super fast. Boots up windows fast and loads games in no time. If you're looking for an NVME SSD with good value, this is the one to purchase.

This SSD might not be the fastest for load times but, it is really good for the discounted price. This is quite a reliable piece of hardware.

These things are so cheap and so fast. I ended up buying a second one after using this one for my gaming rig. Wish I would have bought the 1 TB
