Great NVMe drive for either desktops or laptops

I have a second one in a desktop system with similar results and great performance. Western Digital makes very good mainstream products at great prices, and the SN750 is a classic example. Very comparable to a Samsung EVO 970 Plus in terms of metrics and compatibility.

The read/write speeds are top-notch for this price bracket. Yes, there are faster drives out there, but you'll only benefit with the latest motherboards. There are cheaper drives out there, but their hardware isn't as good. I have two of these at home (laptop/desktop OS drives) and am totally happy with them. Like the title says, this series strikes the perfect balance of speed, price, and reliability.

Solid SSD

If you can’t afford to go for the Samsung pro this is just as good. You won’t notice a difference if your doing everyday task and gaming. If your doing scrubbing on edits for videos then the pro would be better. But I believe these are better than the Samsung evos and evo plus due to a slight faster speed but almost there same price. All of them are pretty solid so I’d recommend them all. Helps get rid of sata and sata power cables if your board has m.2. Get rid of the clutter.
