Seems to work flawlessly so far. I am running a free version of linux thru it, to watch videos on a bedroom tv. Was cheeper than a ps5.

This was a good value to begin with, but I used some Best Buy rewards points so I practically got it for free. I love how the Best Buy rewards program works.

Let me tell you it connected to my motherboard right away and has been great. I think I am going to get a 1TB for even more space.

The drive definitely meet the needs of the laptop, and complimented to SSD drive already installed. Need to make sure you have a M.2 screw and possibly a mount for it.

I have it installed on my ASUS Maximus Hero XII wifi LGA 1200. The only thing I have on it is Windows, my 1TB WD BLACK holds all my other files along with games.

WD troubles
