I moved from a mechanical hard drive directly to the M.2. I can't tell you how impressed I've been with the data transfer speeds. The only slowdown in my machine now is the internet bandwidth!

Cannot go wrong for the price it is a great add on I would not recommend for a primary drive if you can spare the money get a Pcie gen 4 one for a main drive

My husbands laptop battery kept dying at 60% full battery so while my IT guy was at my house for other things, the took the battery out and placed the new battery in. (He works at Best Buy but does IT on the side) When he placed the new battery, and rebooted the computer, it somehow fried the original hard drive. This was the hard drive I purchased to replace the old one

I baught this to go in my new HP That I just got fro Best buy. The specs said it had two slots anf it does not so I have not been ables to use it yet. I am sure it will work well.

The worker did a simple fix with WiFi and thought that solved the problem. He had difficulty listening to me and appeared to be in a rush to move on to the next appointment. (Maybe because I'm an older woman, he dismissed me as insignificant.) Only when it still did not print did he explore the problem in greater depth. He identified the problem as my printer needing to be reinstalled. This must have occurred when I had a new hard drive installed recently at Best Buy. Six remote sessions later and a call identifying that the printer icon looked different did not solve the problem. So I had no choice but to schedule a house call. By the way Best Buy was going to charge me $50, for this house call but then revoked the charge due to the total tech. Although the worker appeared to be very efficient, I found the worker got a bit friendlier toward the end of the appointment when he mentioned the survey.

Fast drive for size and easy to install and setup it also comes in a 1tb

Consistent performance, but a bit power hungry at idle. reads are NOT as high as some other drives, would prefer to use one of the higher tier suggested NVME drives, but the price was great at the time i picked it up. installs easy, accepted an EK heat sink very easily (for looks mainly). Wife's computer runs much faster now than with the 2.5" ssd it replaced.

It was easy to setup and use this product. Had no problem with it at all.

very, very, fast. drive runs hot under a load, get a heat sink for this drive if possible.

Seems to have quick os load/boot time. I am quite pleased

great drive no complaints from me on this guy. if available get the refurbished version as it is way cheaper and is basically brand new
