    So I bought this on one of those one-day sales I think it was for under $60 and for now, the size will be sufficient until I really start to get out of control with my library but until then this is a quality product at a bargain bin price I just need to buy a separate heat sink.

    AFTER SOME CONFUSION ACROSS THE BEST BUY UNIVERSE I WAS SAVED BY RILEY AT MISSISSIPPI IN AURORA WHEN ALL SEEMED LOST.     Upgraded from my Samsung 500GB. Wanted more space just for the sake of wanting more space and planning ahead. 1TB SSD's are relatively cheap now a days, so why not spend the extra and get a 1TB. WD is a solid brand, has worked just fine, no issues.

    I couldn't hold out any longer at $45.99 for my first Gen 4 drive. I like WD software as to pick up other WD drives in your system like my USB 3.0 WD Black P10 4Tb game drive and even read the temp of a USB plate drive.

    It was easiest installation ever. After installing it, i also moved the windows to it and wallah. The computer speed dramatically improved. I was thinking to upgrade the CPU but alone this has done great job. Money saved.

    The black version has the best read/write iops performance numbers in the price rage. Don't go for the green version if you need to have lots of concurrent io reads and writes.
