This is the best M.2 I have ever used. I use it for video editing, and gaming. I use this m.2 in every pc i build. So with that being said it is definitely faster than samsung in my opinion 5100 mbts and price point we have a winner. check out my Youtube Channel if you dont belive me. @Techvisionary2023

Great drive, easy install. Tried a Samsung drive first but it wasn't compatible with my laptop. This drive brought my machine back to it's 'new' performance levels. Would highly recommend WD drives for everyone.

I upgraded to Windows 95 from Windows 11. Before in Windows 11 I had to go to the ginormous start screen to launch a program on the desktop, but now in Windows 95, there is a start menu that makes launching programs much easier. Alot of the default programs that came with Windows 11 are in Windows 95 like calculator, paint, notepad etc. Minesweeper is a great game in Windows 95 to try. Unlike Windows 11, MS-DOS games are fully compatible, so no need for DOS Box. Additionally, Windows 95 uses significantly less resources like hard disk space, so my hard drive went from 475gb out of 500gb with Win11, to 499gb out of 500gb with Win95. Some other useful features in Windows 95 are disk defrag for defragging your drive, and Scan Disk for checking for disk errors. The thing I love most with Windows 95 is the simplicity, there is no other interface, and not a bucket load of apps preinstalled. Windows 95 is overall a great OS and I highly recommend it.”

Bought this as a game drive for my new Alder Lake build. This thing flies in both game loading and video editing encoding! If you can, pick up an aftermarket M.2 heatsink to keep this thing cool. No complaints here as WD has some of the best M.2 SSD's in the market. Good stuff!

The W.D Black is a insanely good upgrade for the price compare this to any HDD this has it beat especially when you grab this during a sale you’re getting the world.

Best SSD IMHO; combines low power consumption, awesome performance, compatibility with MacOS, Linux and Windows, and a great price per GB. A good upgrade from an SN750 or any other NVMe drive whether you have a desktop rig w/NVMe slot or a laptop with the same.

This helped my PS5 run faster withput glitching. Have more room for more games now!

Great product for my son’s ps5! Now he can install more then just call of duty. Lol

For the price this drive performed better than expected. I was concerned about the DRAM nature of this SSD, but rest assured, didn't notice a difference. Now, this drive is installed on a PCI GEN 3 PC instead of 4 so the bus can't max out the SSD. I get 3500 MBS read and 3200 write (I'm rounding up slightly) and my games load just as quick as my SN850 drives. This drive is probably a little faster than my Samsung 970 Evo drive which write speed is only 16-1700 MBS. Read speeds might be a second faster as well. So if you have an older NVME SD with read and write speeds slower than 2000 MBs, save a few dollars and get this drive.

Great SSD at a fairly reasonable price, no included heatsink but overall a fantastic drive, you will need to enable PCIe Gen4 if you want full speed on older boards.

Works great , works perfectly for ps5.... 10/10 must recommend...

Super fast, reliable product, and came at a great price!

I purchased this for my desktop to replace an old burned drive and couldn't have asked for a better one. The read/write speed is great for my use and the 1tb of storage makes all the difference.

The read and write speeds are decent and the price was right. Easy firmware update and install. I use it as my boot drive.

I find these WD Black drives, both the m.2 and 5 1/4 inch are every bit as good as the best Samsung. Fast. reliable, and competitively priced. All things being equal I think they hold their own against the Samsung.

Best SSD and easy to set up. Does the job and I’m able to play all my games.
