The ssd has been great. pretty straight forward installing it. More than fast enough for all my needs. I researched for days about which brand/model to get and ended up with this one. Made a good choice. It’s so great having so much more space now. A very solid ssd for the price. I’d recommend.

Got my kid a new laptop that didn't come with enough storage. It was a breeze to install. They've been using it with no problems and the drive is blazing fast. Not real heating issues while using the heatsink pre-installed in the laptop. A great purchase for the price.

Fast speed SSD for a great price. If you use an external enclosure it can get hot so choose one with a fan or cooling fins.

The WD BLACK SN770 2TB Internal SSD PCle Gen 4 x4 NVMe drive was an excellent choice for my desktop, and has offered great performance for gaming, video playback, and overall storage for my machine. It doesn't run hot under load, and has no issues whatsoever with connecting to desktops, or even laptops for an increase of inter al storage. No cons that I am aware of, and I am looking forward to purchasing more Western Digital products in the future!

I think that the m.2 Black is very good! It’s an affordable price for a terabyte of space. I haven’t had any issues with it, installations were easy, and it works perfectly.
