It’s an ssd there’s not much to say. I had the 1tb and that one gave me no problems got the 2tb one because I needed more storage

The console storage just isn't enough. Eventually everyone who develops a healthy game collection of ps5 titles will need a INTERNAL ssd upgrade. Its necessary for playing ps5 titles. Its also a good idea to get a external ssd or hdd for all of your ps4 titles.

The SN850 2TB SSD with heatsink is awesome!! I’ve installed it on my PS5. Easy and fun. But I nerdgress ha! Faster load and transfer times than the internal SSD. And it looks awesome!! Loving the added storage.

Nothing bad can be said, great internal harddrive for the price. Now to wait for the 4TB option to go on sale

Easy to install. Quick downloads and you and even choose wether or not you want to install your ps4 or ps5 games on the internal ssd and im also able to use an external ssd for my pa4 games since you can only download your ps5 games onto the external drive but you can actually play your ps4 games off of the external drive as long as it’s connected to the console. I’m using an 2tb external drive and a 2tb internal drive and then there’s a little less than the 1tb that came with the ps5. To me it’s well worth the extra money that it costs for the internal ssd because it’s able to work best when used with the internal verses the external even though they’re both ssd. When I researched ssd drives on YouTube I learned that this is most likely one of the best brands out there right now and is even a better choice and most recommended

This product was perfect easy to install and very quick set up even transferring the games from the PlayStation storage to this was a breeze have had no problems with it and it has not affected the PS in anyway no lag and still have lot of storage after downloading multiple games And streaming services quick and easy installation and guided set up as soon as you power up the PlayStation after installation
