easier than expected to install. youtube tutorials, but basically just need a "0" or "1" small phillips head. Remove bottom plastic console cover, unscrew the rectangular cover, then gently unscrew the smaller screw and washer. Eyeball the SSD size, put the washer down in the relevant groove, gently align the SSD into the slot (it audibly clicks), then screw the small screw into the washer, locking the ssd in place. no need to overtighten anything. Replace the cover. Format the ssd in your ps5. Worked easy on my new ps5 slim. Fair price on sale too. 2TB so hopefully won't have to do this again. Easier on Series X, but half the player base of PS5. Good amount of storage for the price on sale, transferred my games and apps to the drive, all worked good. Nice.

Was a little frustrated that I was really limited at how many games I could have at once, but this was the perfect solution. Saves you a lot of hassle of being deleting and reinstalling games since you can have a lot of games at once. Super easy and fast to install.

Easy to install. My nephew did it for me actually. Am able to access games stored on it the same as actual console SSD. Very quick transfer rate.

Best investment for our PS5. went from 1 terabyte to 3 in total. Tons of games now downloaded and no need to delete anymore. Extremely easy to install. Take back cover off. Phillips screw driver to unscrew. Place new hard drive in and fasten with phillips screw. Replace rear cover. 2 mins or less. Tons of youtube videos on it.

Installation into the ps5 was simple. Great storage for its price and its meets the requirements for playing and storing ps5 games. My games play smoothly and load quickly.
