    PS5 needs more storage. Period. WD is a leader in SSD and the 4TB is one of the few that work with PS5. The licensing price hike is strange.

    Bought a Samsung 990, it kept failing, then bought the WD Black and hasn’t failed yet, should’ve bought the WD Black in the first place. Has a great heatsink, it’s used in a gaming desktop.

    It works great i was able to download my games. Only unfortunate thing was i had to return and get a new one. The first one was faulty but they exchnaged it.
