    Easy to install in my motherboard, and now my games launch must faster than the first NVME which was a WD Blue 570. That drive has half the speed of the SN850x. You won't regret the upgrade. I placed all my games on this drive and boot on my original

    Need” is a strong word, but we heartily recommend that everyone upgrade to an SSD. Solid-state drive speeds blow even the fastest mechanical hard drives out of the water. Simply swapping out the hard drive in your old laptop or desktop for an SSD can make it feel like a whole new system

    Put this in my newly built Ryzen 7900X PC. Moved my AAA games over from a pCI3 drive, just insane write speed. No issues yet, but my mobo has a pretty meaty heat sink for it. I’m normally a diehard Samsung fan, but this drive has a bit more value than the 980 Pro. PCIe 5 is going to be too expensive for a while, I highly recommend this drive for gaming.
