Was great for me to pick up this upgrade as I was buying a new laptop. A laptop with this size Hard drive would significantly more more money. WD has software to make the clone of the base drive and now I have a factory backup of the laptop as it came day one.

Runs cool using motherboard's included heatsink. I loved it so much, I purchased another 2TB and a 4TB all installed on the same Mobo. I built the PC as a Content Creation and Video Editing Workstation. Super pleased! The Price is right and the best Value Going.

This gives the same performance numbers in benchmarks for almost $50 less. Very pleased and very happy with this purchase. Will probably go WD for now on.
