It was too expensive for me to buy a new hard drive and pay for it to be installed. I bought this product and installed it myself. It was my first time to open up a laptop and my first time to install a hardware. The product was very very easy to install for a first-timer like me. It is still working great. I recommend it.

Works better than new. Also had to replace the battery and was advised by them to order the battery replacement from Amazon was considerably cheaper than any were else.

Hard drive does the job for a Mac replacement

Physical installation was easy to follow from online examples, then boot up was simple after loading the OS at the Apple Store.
