The cat knocked over water into her keyboard and fried the hard drive, so she replaced it with this. She has had no problems with her computer since. The product seems to be a good deal. The cat, maybe not so much.

Recommend using WD Drives

They last a very long time and very durable. I installed this in a Dell Optiplex Desktop and was very fast. I highly recommend using WD.

The Geek Squad analyzed the machine and found the hard drive was failing. They replaced the drive and the machine reacts better than new. I'm glad I checked and replaced the drive.

If a drive is going to fail it usually does so in the first few months, well within the 2 year warranty for this drive. If I have any issues with it I will update this review.
