Hard drive crashed on my Samsung computer. We have total tech support with Best Buy so they installed it free. Seems to work fine. So I would recommend the hard drive but I would really recommend total tech support!!!

I should have went with an ssd, but i was looking for space and not speed at the time. Few months later, I regret not spending a little extra on an ssd this hdd is much slower then a ssd. At the moment, I have it in my MacBook Pro and sure it’s slow starting up, but for everyday use, it’s not bad.

Had Bestbuy install the new harddrive, move all my files from the old troublesome harddrive to the new one and my computer now works flawlessly. A great harddrive for a really great price.

I thought I was going to need to replace my daughter's laptop. It was a nice surprise that the Geek Squad told me it only needed a new hard drive. Good price to get it back up and running. Great service. My daughter is very happy.

I managed to crash and burn my hard drive beyond repair. The Geek Squad replaced it with this one ahead of scheduled time. I have had no problems with it and love that Geek Squad will be there if I need them.

Installed easily in the laptop and worked perfectly first boot up and ever since. Shipping was very fast too.

I brought WD - Mainstream 1TB Internal Serial ATA Hard Drive for my laptop because my old one has worn out. I install it on my toshiba laptop, install window, and booted it just fine. The speed was a little quicker than my old hard drive, which is nice. For 60 dollars, you can get yourself a 1tb hard drive for your storage needs.

Had to get this in order to replace the one In my ps4 that went out on me. So far so good also this one seems to be a good deal faster than the one that came in the system

I am mainly using this as an added hard drive on a lap top that already has a SSD for the Windows 10 and using this for everything else. Easy to install and setup. Only have had it for a month, but no issues so far.

In retail stores like Best Buy, consumer grade Hard Drives are all pretty much the same. Suggest you shop price and Warranty rather than manufacturer. If you need a high performance Hard Drive, you can try an SSD drive (assuming size and price meet your needs), or if you need a High Performance mechanical Hard Drive you'll have to do more research staring with Seagate and Western Digital.

I purchased this drive to upgrade my 80GB hard drive on the PS3. This drive worked perfectly for the purpose. This particular SKU is the retail version of the Western Digital Blue WD10JPVT drive.

Had to change hard drives since one in computer was slowing down for some unknown reasons. Western Digital has always been a brand that can be trusted. Bought it. Since then, computer boots up without any issues

hard drive had more space than my old one. I bought this one to replace a damaged on on an HP pavilion laptop for my brother. It turned out better for my comp and along with it I upgraded the ram to 6gb. It is safe to say that I made a great choice.
