I live the western digital drives. As far as price and performance goes they are the tops for me. Plus I hardly ever have problems with failure but when I do they RMA process is the best in the business. All done online and the user interface is easy and super intuitive.

This drive has generous storage for daily use at a great price point. For a replacement drive for desktop use, it is hard to beat.

Let's face it, in today's world of multimedia you need all kinds of space and that's just for your personal stuff ! Thankfully on this hard drive I can put all of my music collection which is very expansive , plenty of movies, and most importantly for me music applications which by themselves take up hundreds of gigabytes of space , and let's not forget the video games! Just as important is the speed of the hard drive which is plenty fine, I haven't had any stutters when streaming data from it.

Good basic 5400 rpm 2 TB Hard Drive for storing videos, pictures & music. Price was within my budget. Need to format first before transferring any files.

Great value. Performance is solid for a spinning disk and the price to storage ratio is on point.

I bought this drive to replace an old seagate that went bad, it was over 7 years old so not necessarily the fault of the manufacturer. Anyway, this was a good value and once I installed it and formatted it with the disk management tool in windows I was able to start copying files over. I'm just using it as a backup/secondary drive but so far its doing its job well. If anything happens to it in the near future I will update my review.

I had purchased the WD Blue 2TB Internal SATA Hard Drive for Desktops to expand the current storage of my recently purchased HP Omen 30L Desktop (5700G w/6700 XT) as it only came with 1TB SSD. It was on sale and WD have always been reliable (in my experience) and installation was simple.

Western Digital has been making hard drives a very long time, and are quite fast and reliable drives. Been working on computers over 30 years and have always had great experience with Western Digital. These drives will most likely outlast your computer. I will buy more for sure, here at Best Buy, which have awesome pricing and availability.
