If you just need storage for back-up, you can't beat Western Digital drives. I use WD a lot and like the price to performance they offer. Use this with a fast SSD for your operating system and you'll be golden.

Purchased to replace older HD, on older laptop. Very fast, and works perfect.

Bought a laptop with an SSD and just needed additional storage space. Ended up being the best setup I could have imagined. Super fast load up speeds with crazy amounts of storage (especially since I don’t store much music, or videos).

Great hard drive for my laptop. I added it into my MacBook Pro as a new primary hard drive and it has worked great in it. The hard drive was easy to replace. The storage capacity is adequate and gets a Lotta room for media files.

This is a great drive, 2tb fit perfectly in my laptop to complement my ssd which is just for booting. It's a gaming laptop so this will get good usage. WD has a great reputation for a reason.

I had purchased this particular item to replace the "defective" internal HDD in my PS4. I've used many WD products over the years due to their quality and reliability when compared to other units made by other manufacturers and this is no different. The only drawback is that I wished this had more storage than 2TB but for a secondary PS4, 2TB is more than sufficient. Price was reasonable and so far it works with no issues. I highly recommend giving this product a try if you're looking to replace an internal HDD with something that offers reliability and quality.

Swapped out original 500GB hdd in PS4 slim with this 2TB hdd. Easy install, no troubles so far. Load times seem about the same.

As of now I am having 256GB SSD, as a secondary hard disk I took this product. Easy to install. As of now it is working as expected.
