It's a hard drive, and it just works. What more can you want. Easy installation with Windows 8, no problem with partitions or adding to the system. I have only had if for the last month or so, but so far so good.

Only been using for a month but so far so good. Does what it is supposed to do. Will see how it fares over time but for now it seems like a good deal on a good product.

This was a great value for the amount of storage it provides. I will use this as a NAS storage device and expect that it will work to my expectation in data backup and access via the cloud.

This is a great HDD for the money. As many might find, my MB would not support over the 2T without some updates. I decided that 2T would be plenty for my needs!

This Hard drive is great quality for the price paid.

I am a WD fan. I had to buy this one to replace a Seagate that failed on me. Most of my Western Digital drives continue to perform without issues.

The WD Blue hard drive was easy to install in an external hard drive carrier and works great.

Bought new version of windows 10 and decided to install it on a new hard drive so bought this 3TB hard drive to install. So far it's working great and love the extra storage space on it!

Well it is a HDD and subject to failure but so far so good as performance is great. I've never had a WD drive fail (knocks wood). As for installation, it is a great time to be alive...

WD makes great drives, and when on sale, extra good. I just wish the overall prices were lower in-store. This one is a good drive, well rated and easy to use...Combine with the external drive bay and you have a combo that beats out any pre-made external drive on the market.

Western Digital is a great name in storage so I had no qualms about purchasing this drive, in fact I purchased 2 from Best Buy! They won't be used a lot because they are for storing my digital library so they should last a good long time!

The drives are doing well as NAS drives after they were formated.

Bought for my son as he needed more memory. Swapped out his smaller drive for this one. He got it set up with no problems and it has worked great for him so far.

Good value for the cost. With use of an hard drive enclosure it makes good use as an external drive.

These are decently priced drives. Sure there are cheaper, but these are usually durable for me.

Not as fast as other purpose harddrives but can't beat the price for a mule to store information.

Installed as an additional drive for my desktop. It was was a plug-and-go operation and is hard at work as part of my backup cycle. A great buy at the time.
