I went in store to purchase and couldn't find anyone to help me get it out of the locked case took probably 30 minutes to finally get it out. Will buy online next time.

HDD Installation was very easy and OS (Windows 10) installation was completed in just 11 minutes. Great HDD speed, and definitely great storage size. My computer was very slow before I installed this HDD and now it works like a brand new device. Current booting takes only 15 seconds (used to be 2 minutes with regular 7200rpm stock drive) so I will probably get few more to upgrade all my devices. Also other computer performances such as opening programs, play games, loading video’s and moving files was improved as well (because of SSD high read & write speeds). I would definitely recommend to anyone who is using regular spinning disks to upgrade to SSD and this item is top of the class and very affordable. Well done WD! Pros: Booting speed High performance Capacity Price Cons: None

I used it for a client laptop. Start up is fast which is what they wanted from the slow spinning drive it had.

Machine runs a little faster, hard to tell. Definitely less heat blowing from fan vent. Hopefully this will stretch the life of my laptop a few years.
