So I guess I would give it 3 stars but I chose to give 2 because when I went to pick up my laptop after it being serviced, I was in line for about 30-45 min minutes. I just had to pick up my item and I can't believe it took so long.

Poor customer support

I have been a WD customer for several years and have been pleased with their products until now. I tried to register the WD blue drive but am unable to do so because of WD poor website. I have contacted them several times but have not been able to register the drive yet.

NOT sure If I would buy another WD
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this SSD for my desktop hoping to make an improvement it worked fine a big difference. in about 4 months later start having problems, computer start freezing performance went down. After formatting and reinstalling windows again did not help. Drive just died . kept getting errors messages appeared the drive could not hold information. something internal went wrong. I had an extra SANDISK drive 250GIG installed it and worked better than this WD Drive. maybe just got me a defective one? I am still using the SANDISK drive and works perfectly still fast 2 months of use.
