Always had great experience with Best Buy people.....Every electronic device I have came from Best Buy......getting a new clothes washer next year.....thank you

I also got an adapter to keep my HDD for storage in the DVD drive, and ran a program to clone the hard drive onto the new SSD. It was not terribly difficult to do these tasks, along with needing a new power port, so luckily I only had to take the laptop apart once to do three jobs.
