Decent drive. Replaced a 10 year old WD hard drive that still works. Added this and it put some new life into a 10 yr old Dell i7 desktop. Almost like a new computer. My 10 year old machine still does all I need it to.

It was great to purchase. My original hard drive was eroding and to avoid losing all my data and information, I moved to a solid state drive which was updated and more efficient.

It works as advertised. fast loads and good storage for valuable files

Fantastic replacement for my old hard disk. I have been having problems with my old hard drive for several years, should hav replaced it sooner. No need for a new computer now for at least 3 more years.

I purchased this item to hold music for my dj-ing. It was a quick and easy set up and holds thousands of songs. I have barely touched the surface and it is making my life easier. Thus the saying "SATA does Matta".

Solid state drives make an incredible improvement in a PC's operation. WD is a well known name and I buy WD SSD drives as often as I can. It has become my preferred SSD drive.

Once i used Windows disk utilities to recognize and format the drive, I was off to the races. Speed xfer is fast so I can keep my (large) virtual machines on this SS drive.

I can't begin to express how impressed I am with Best Buy and The Geek Squad. I was having a battery problem with my computer so I made an appointment with the Geek Squad. They were able to determine that although I kept current with the updates I really needed to purchase a new battery and update my hard drive. They provided the website so I could order the battery and brought me a hard drive from the store. They installed the battery and the new hard drive and upgraded everything. When I picked it up they walked me through everything to make sure I was comfortable with the new battery and hard drive.

It took a little configuring to get my computer to recognize it. I am disappointed with the software. I tried several times to copy my current D drive and after an hour each time, nothing! Drive works great, just really wished I could have gotten everything transferred from my current hard drive.

This is a nice, affordable upgrade option to older tech that needs an upgrade. I'm sure it can be used in newer machines that still have standard hard drives. This helped save an older laptop from being retired.

The ssd runs flawlessly at its advertised speeds. Purchased this drive on sale for less than comparable options from competitors. The only issue was trying to use wd's cloning software. Used macrium reflect instead and all is well.

The day after I started working from home, my HDD decided imminent failure was a good idea. Replacing the drive was the more cost effective alternative and since installing this SSD my laptop has been running very well.

Very easy hookup with the aurora R7. Make sure you buy a sata cable with it or you’ll be back at the store. Dosnt show up on computer until you format it which I had to utube and took some extra time

I dropped the WD Blue into a PS4 and it sped up my load times. I can get into games quicker and I'm more secured because older style HDD's could fail. I'm very happy with this upgrade, it was very simple to do!

My 500 GB SSD drive is working like a charm. I am very pleased that my Best Buy Geek Squad helper gave my their advice to exchange my HD for a SSD . Great advice!

Good replacement for standard hard drive, it made my laptop a lot faster. Boots in 30 seconds

Bought this for a replacment for a ssd that failed. It works good and have not had any problems with it. Windows and programs load quick on it. Installation was easy.

If you are looking for a great basic SSD this is it. The performance is great in it's market segment and an great value for the price. It allowed me to breathe new life into an old laptop.

Very simple to use. Hooks into any port on your laptop. Great to look at old photos and files that I have not been able to view as my laptop has no DVD drive. I love it.
