My original drive was not a solid state device. This one is. Geek Squad recommended this one and it is working perfectly. The technician was hoping that this drive would improve my laptop's performance. It has.

While it's not lightening fast compared to other SSD options, it's the fastest and most stable at its price point. Great value and the perfect upgrade for anyone still running an old spinning disk.

I upgraded my SSD in my CyberPower PC from a 120 GB WD Green to this one. I am very happy with my purchase and I noticed that programs such as Adobe LightRoom load a little faster.

This SSD was purchased as a replacement for the smaller SSD drive in my computer. After cloning the original drive to the new one and replacing it everything worked fine.

I love this drive. I've bought two so far and they are one of the best values you can get. This drive does have a Dram cache, so no worries about longevity or speed under load.

I am most please with this hard drive , it was installed in a computer that was slowly going out and thanks to Best Buy they were able to save the computer and not it runs faster than ever .

Can't go wrong with just a cheaper SSD for a boot drive on an old computer. But still enough space for a couple games to boot off it (or some applications)

Works as advertised! It was pretty easy to install. Though do note that it does not come with any mounting screws which for the most part should not be a problem.

WD never disappoints. Used this to replace a bad HDD in my buddies laptop and thanks to the 3D nand flash, it went from a 2 minute, 40 second boot time to 14 Seconds!!! Definitely recommend!!

I cloned my Windows 10 system from an older spinning drive to this WD ssd with no problems. My desktop now boots up faster and starts programs faster. This drive was a good value upgrade.

Bought this as an external hard drive for gaming console. Great value. This hard drive plus a SATA-USB cable is cheaper than an external SSD drive.

I have used WD products for 20+ years and this SSD with 3 year warranty gives me lots of confidence that it will be reliable for years to come. I only with they had bundled a cloning software with it.
