A new install of Windows 10 solves lots of issues.

So, I purchased a new copy of windows 10 and I was able to fix all of the issues I had with the download from the internet. I'm not sure what the differences are in the two efforts, however, the difference in my computer's operation was significant. I'm glad I avoided the need to buy a new computer which would have cost me a lot more!
