They explained what most likely happened & why. They attempted to pull all retrievable data & install a new solid-state drive...and ensured it was backed up to OneCloud. They even instructed me to cancel my recent McAfee update & get a refund since their antivirus software was included. All for about $200 which includes ongoing GeekSquad tech support. I was happy!

That made my existing SSD too small to permit further updating of Windows. This ssd is large enough to hold the line for a couple more updates. The drive itself is performing flawlessly.
