Solid State Hard Drive

Called HP spent 3 hrs with them to determine the drive needed replacement. For them to do it, I needed to ship the unit to them and wait. Took it to Best Buys, they concurred the hard drive was bad, had the solid state drive in stock and had it done in two days, easy peasy!
