    I am 100% done ever buying any products online at Best Buy. Over and over again you promise an item to be shipped to my home by a specific date. I place the order based on that promise. Then, after the order goes through, a day later I receive a notice the item is delayed and there is no certainty when I will receive it. This just doesn't work for my business. I'm done...

    Worked great for about a year. The past few months it has had issues being recognized by the system and booting up. The health status of the drive is at 18% which does not make sense since it is roughly a year old. Drive was great with no issues for 9 months though.
