Easy to install and greatly improved PC speed and performance.

The product solved the problem and the Geeks were great.

Drive was simple to install on my laptop. It is at lease 5 times faster then my old mechanical drive. I see some people had problems with the drive failing after a short time, but I installed the new firmware from WD and so far it works great.

Excellent speed especially on start-up. Quiet and bug-free production

Worked great as a replacement inside of a Lenovo tower PC, the PC actually already had a 2.5" drive bay for it. Warning though the drive does NOT come with screws and I had to scrounge around for them fortunately I had 1 screw for it that was the correct metric thread. Note also that while the drive is a little faster than the mechanical one it replaced, it is not a going to make the PC a screaming fast system

After replacing Mom’s spinning hard drive, the performance difference was night and day. Instead of taking several minutes to boot to Windows, it took about 6 seconds to get to the password screen. Needless to say, Mom is very happy. She feels like she got a new computer. This is a standard sized 2.5 inch solid state hard drive. Her computer is about 5 year old.

This purchase was to replace a 64GB SSD NVMe in a computer that also had a 1TB HDD for data storage which had never been used in a small business environment that required a high reliability drive. This drive did not have the highest speed but it was rated highly for reliability. Plus it was a brand name that the client recognized and was comfortable with. It was a great buy and satisfied the client!

This harddrive replaced the defective hard drive in my computer and allowed me to continue using the computer without having to buy a new computer. Great money saver.

My Laptop boots so much faster, it's amazing. It's humanly impossible to realize the access speed, but it's certainly not slower. It weighs next to nothing. I would give it 5 stars, but I can't do that until I have owned and used it for a much longer period of time. I suspect it will be a 5 star purchase at some point in the future.

INSANE difference between old hard drive and new SSD. No longer experiencing repeated computer stalls and slow data loads. Cost was surprisingly minimal and should have exchanged drives much earlier to save much annoyance and frustration.
