    The Geek squad reps were professional and helpful, and recommended the 1TB SSD replacement, BUT did not look to see if there was a 500GB replacement available - would have saved $21 with no delay if ordered immediately from BestBuy (or picked up at the Colorado Store). I need to stop trusting providers and check everything myself.
