Extremely well built, but I know this is just a large hard drive in an enclosure. Good amount of storage for the price. Not the fastest read/write speeds currently on the market, but for a backup drive, it's adequate.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This external Hard drive has speed of up to 250 megabytes per second for both write and read speeds, it has a cool look to it, it requires power from an outlet,while I would not advise to use an external hard drive for personal or important files,media,etc, it is a great storage device for files that can be downloaded again like games,songs, etc.

Large, reliable external storage for Playstation

I have one on a PS5 and the other on a PS4 Pro. I mainly went for this model for it’s large size (the maximum that a Playstation can use) and it’s good loading speed. Sure, it’s not as fast as a SSD, but an 8tb SSD isnt really affordable. The cooling fan can get loud, but to be honest, I think the only time I heard it was during the loading marathon of transferring the game files from my 4tb drives to these. No complaints, if I need another large HDD, I will buy another one of these.
