It arrived and all works well. Just sucks that I had to waste time off my afternoons To driving back and still wait.

It's advertised as a game drive but when you try to play games stored on it, the display freezes every few minutes for 15-20 seconds, making the game unplayable. WD customer service isn't terrible, but there's a bunch of hoops tonjump through to excersize the warranty, so it's an added pain on top of not getting to play anything.

Explained that there seemed to be an issue with the power supply but Western Digital’s response was return it for another. When asked about the data on the device, I was told “we don’t deal with that”.

The issue that I am having is that it can not be use to play PS5 games. I wanted to have additional space for my games. It can play ps4 games but you can only store ps5. If you want to play a ps5 game you need to move it back to the ps5. As a back up hard drive it works

Transfer speeds are extremely slow. It seems that the device has to wake up each time I try to access it. If you only want to use it for extra storage, then I think it would be an okay purchase. But if you wan to utilize and constantly connect to it, I would get something else.
