Couldn’t pass up this deal on Black Friday. Works great as a Plex server and haven’t had any issues since Nov. 2022.

Value for money! They packaged the whole thing really nicely and it fit in the box exactly and didn't move around. At sales prices for 189.99 each, it is $13.57/TB, the lowest price at the moment.

All I had to do was formatted to work with my Mac Studio, and it works like a charm. I am able to connect it to other devices on my network and stream it through my TVs. If the Internet or cable goes out, my grandkids have something to watch.

Fast and easy setup to use - just plug it in. Reliability will only take time. I bought 2 of these that I use to mirror 4K video files for temp backup/storage before editing on my main SSDs. I have found that the USB3 on these is fast enough to allow full frame editing in Premiere with no lag (except upon thumbnail load).

I like these things, been buying them for years. Quality. But honestly, the cost of hard drives nowadays is crazy. Compared to how old the tech is, they should cost half of what they do.

These WD- easystore 14 TB are the best I have ever bought. According to crystaldiskinfo it is 5400 revolutions. I currently have more than 20 disks running and they reach a write speed of about 170mb / s and a read speed of approx. 200 mb / s. When those that I have bought in other stores are slower being that they are from the same WD brand.

Have had about 16 of these over the last 4 years only 1 failure and replced via WD warranty. Using in Synology DS920+.
