Oddly Uses Outdated USB 3 Cable to Connect

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The drive itself so far is fine but the reason for 3 stars is that crazily this needs a USB 3 cable that you see on large external hard drives, NOT a USB C connection that literally every other portable ssd drive uses. So crazy yet real. Everyone expects USBc for portable hard drives so you only need one cable but now you have to have a USB 3 cable for this one. I travel a lot and I don't like having to bring multiple kinds of cables so this drive will not be traveling with me.

I use it to transfer file from my old compter to my new one. I used it to store music, photos, games. Its easy to take with you just put in your pocket. The outer shell does feel cheap but ive dropped it and its so far held up. Compared to ofter sdd's, the price is way better. Yeah it transfers slower than other like sandisk. But at least after i bught i had that savings to put gas in my car or buy food. $60 for 1tb at 400mbs or +$100 for 1tb and the extra money you pay just the tranfer speed increase.
